How to make the wifi router work?

1.Ensure Connect Modem to WAN Port of new router.

✔How to login router to setup.

2.First please ensure to connect your computer or phone

to the router's default wireless network named " NX3000-XXXX or NX3000-XXXX-5G

3.Go to your browser and enter    192.168.2.1

and Account: admin  Password: 12345678

4.the router will detect the internet type mode automatically.

5.Set the new wireless network name and password,then click 【setting done】 to complete setup

Note:Don't select Dual band steering, because we don't know our device is connected to 5G or 2G.

All setup is done now. Connect your wifi device to new wifi name and enjoy it.

If your old Router works perfectly, but ever since you switch to a new Router, the Internet never connects；

It's probably your internet provider binds to the old Router, follow the steps below to connect our new Router： 

If your internet service provider has bound the MAC address of your old router to the broadband modem.Please Connect the new router WAN port to old router LAN port and see if the new router led shows green. If it is Green light, it means new router works.

We just need to follow this step.

(Note : As for customer feedback , Spectrum Internet Provider bound modem MAC to Old router  ,The old router mac address is on the back of the old router.)

Then wait 2mins and check the management. If the router gets an IP address, it works.
